Billing & Payment
- Subscriptions are billed quarterly on a recurring basis.
- Payments are processed automatically through the method you provide at checkout.
- You will receive an email confirmation each time your payment is processed.
Renewals & Cancellations
- Your subscription renews automatically each quarter unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Sugar & Spiked Beautique account or by contacting us at [your customer service email].
Refunds & Returns
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once a box has shipped.
- We do not accept returns on subscription boxes due to the curated nature of the products.
- If an item arrives damaged or missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Shipping
- Subscription boxes are shipped within the first two weeks of the new quarter (January, April, July, October).
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your box ships.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
